What to include in your message

Whether you call or send a request, include as many of these as you can:

1. Your name, phone number, city and ZIP code.
2. The service you are asking about, such as junk removal, dumpster rental or an estate cleanout.
3. The items or materials, a rough amount, and anything heavy, wet or oversized.
4. Stairs, narrow doors, elevator access, parking and where a truck or container could be placed.
5. For an estate cleanout, who authorizes removal. For a dumpster, the materials and how many days you expect to fill it.
6. A preferred date and a backup day.

What to confirm before you agree

Put everything in the first message. Before agreeing to work, confirm the scope, what the estimate covers, which items are included and the timing.

A date you ask for is a preference until it is confirmed, and a submitted request does not book a job or fix a price.

Photos

When the request form is available, it accepts up to three photos in JPG, PNG or WebP format. Photos of the items and the path out make the request easier to describe.

Service area

Requests are welcome from across Michiana, in northern Indiana and southwest Michigan. Coverage for a specific address is confirmed once you give your city and ZIP.
