What we collect
When you submit the request form or leave a message by phone, we collect what you share: your name, phone number, city, optional ZIP code, the service you ask about, any photos you attach and any notes.
Like most websites, this site may also use analytics and tag-management tools that collect standard usage data such as pages viewed and general location.
How we use it
We use the information you share to review your request and to respond to it, including by phone. A request is not a booking, and submitting one does not create a service agreement.
How form requests are delivered
Form submissions, including attached photos, are sent by email to the Michiana Hauling inbox through an email delivery service. Photos are resized in your browser before they are submitted.
Voicemail messages
If you leave a voicemail, our phone service records your message and provides your caller ID when available. A notification with a playback link is sent to the Michiana Hauling inbox through our email delivery service so we can review your request.
Cookies and analytics
This site may use cookies and similar technologies through Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
